Our nurses have many years of actual hands-on experience saving lives throughout their careers. All of our instructors are skilled in teaching and have the confidence to appropriately recognize and react to life threating situations. We embrace teaching these life saving skills and recognitions to all ages and all professions.

About the Founder

Kristi Harral

Kristi Harral, DNP, MSN, MHA, BSN, RN, AGE, Paralegal, LAC, VWCCRN

Kristi has been a Paralegal for over 37 years and has also been a legal nurse consultant for over 7 years. She started out in nursing as a CNA and then became an RN obtaining her BSN and Master’s in Nursing and Master’s in Healthcare Administration and recently graduated in 2019 with her Doctor in Nursing Practice. She is currently finishing up her nurse practitioner degree. Kristi‘s nursing career has been very diverse from a floor nurse, House Supervisor, Director of Acute Care Services, System Chief Nursing Officer and most recently VP Clinical Operations over four facilities. She also has years of experience ensuring facilities are survey ready for State and Joint Commission. Kristi has found her passion in teaching others and came to the conclusion that she wanted to work hard for herself while helping others to save lives and train others in various areas to improve patient care. She is currently a certified instructor of BLS, Heartsaver, ACLS, PALS, OSHA and teaching safety with an active shooter.
